You’ve Got a Friend… (with a Ukulele) 🎶
This month, the Salt Lake Strummers are celebrating the songs of one of the greatest songwriters of all time: Carole King. On Saturday, February 21, 2026, we’ll gather for a joyful morning of strumming, singing, and smiling our way through a collection of songs that somehow feel both timeless and brand new every time you play them.
This is a relaxed, welcoming jam for ukulele players of all skill levels. It’s not a performance, an audition, or a test of musical credibility. It’s simply friends in your ukulele community getting together to make great music — followed, of course, by refreshments and good conversation.
Come play. Come sing. Come hang out.
Because when it comes to Carole King… it had to be uke. 🎵
