Like any 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, The Salt Lake Strummers created two “governing documents” when we became a non-profit organization.
We are committed to being transparent, so we are sharing them with you.

• Articles of Incorporation – This is kinda like our Declaration of Independence. It was created to say, “We are a corporation”.
  Disclaimer: While we are committed to transparency, we are even more committed to personal privacy, so you may notice that somebody’s home address has been redacted in this document.
  
• Bylaws for Salt Lake Strummers – This document is like our Constitution. It defines the rules for how we should behave and make decisions. We’ve modified them twice. The 1st time to ensure that Board Members have term limits, the second time to move elections from May to January.
