You must be a Paid Member of the Salt Lake Strummers to run for the Board.
Elections will take place at the May Jam. 
Each Board Member serves a 2-year term, starting immediately after the election results are tallied.”
No Board Member may serve more than 2 consecutive terms.

Once elected, Board Members agree which person will perform which role.
